The Rooftop at QT – QT Perth‘s hotly anticipated rooftop bar sitting on the 18th floor of Perth’s newest design hotel with sweeping views of the cityscape and surrounding natural beauty – is now open late, seven days a week.
Hosting up to 200 guests, the split indoor/outdoor space has been thoughtfully designed by QT’s longstanding Public Space Designer, Nic Graham, featuring an iconic West Australia palette, energetic décor and hand-painted artwork depicting cocktail culture, with a musical soundtrack curated by QT’s Creative Music Director, Andrew Lewis. The Rooftop at QT is also available for private events.
The creative signature cocktail list at the Rooftop includes: Rooftop Fashion (Bulleit Rye Whisky, Amaro Montenegro and Spiced Orange Bitters); The Beezness (Tanqueray Gin, Poire Williams Liqueur, QT Rooftop Honey and Lemon, topped with seasonal beer); and the instant guest favorite QT GnT (West Winds Sabre Gin, Elderflower Quinine Syrup, Lime and Cucumber Soda). The Rooftop Spritzes menu features four unique mixes – the Bergamot Spritz, the Pink Grapefruit and Yuzu Spritz, the Sugar Snap Spritz and the Strawberry and Plum Spritz.
Under the direction of Creative Food Director Robert Marchetti and Executive Chef Nic Wood, The Rooftop at QT Perth also boasts a selection of the “greatest hits” of bar bites — from Porchetta Fritters (suckling pig fritters with green sauce) and Fish Roll (polenta-crustedwhiting with a caper, onion parsley salad, lemon and aioli) to the ultimate, The Burger (milk bun with pasture-fed beef patty, lettuce, beefsteak tomato, onion, Asiago cheese, pickle and hand-cut fries), paired with a local Western Australia craft brew.
