To celebrate Canada’s birthday in a delicious, and over-the-top, sustainable-seafood way, YEW seafood + bar presents an oversized burger boasting a maple syrup glazed lobster tail, wild salmon filet, topped with Canadian back bacon, tomato, lettuce and avocado on a house-made brioche bun, surrounded by perfectly cooked hand-cut waffle fries. This $50 CAD burger will satisfy Canadian hungers in one Instagram-worthy meal. Available June 1 through Labor Day 2017.

Rocky Mountain Caesar

YEW’s own Jessica Hoffman has created a tasty twist on the most Canadian of cocktail with a smoky Caesar featuring Canadian Club whiskey, Clamato, an intensely flavored blend of adobo peppers, maple syrup, olive juice, lime and, of course, bacon. Cost is $16 CAD.
