Grace Santorini's 363 Champagne Lounge

As spring turns to summer, there’s no doubt that Greece is about to see an influx of visitors, and Grace Santorini & Grace Mykonos, are introducing new experiences.

363 Champagne Lounge at Grace Santorini

Grace Santorini’s champagne lounge will reopen this season branded as ‘363’ based on its location 363 meters above sea level. Home to the finest champagnes, cocktails and premium spirits paired with the chef’s signature dishes from the property’s restaurant, Santoro, the newly branded lounge offers an incredible vantage point to take in breathtaking views of the Caldera with a glass of bubbly.

Brand new for this season, Grace Santorini will be partnering with Dom Pérignon and Moët & Chandon to launch 363 and host ‘Vintages & Vistas’, a series of exclusive champagne events. Commencing this month, Grace Santorini’s Executive Chef, Spyros Agious will collaborate with Brand Ambassador of Dom Pérignon Mikhail Petrov and Moët & Chandon’s Executive Chef Marco Fadiga to create Cyclades-inspired menus of canapés to be paired with select Dom Pérignon and Moët & Chandon labels, including Dom Pérignon P2 1998 and Moët & Chandon’s Grand Vintage Collection 1998. These exclusive tasting events will take place at 363, overlooking the incredible sunset over Santorini’s iconic Caldera and will be followed by a five-course degustation menu with Dom Pérignon vintage pairings at the hotel’s restaurant, Santoro.

• June 26 & 27: Hosted by Brand Ambassador for Dom Pérignon Mikhail Petrov *tasting menu available through July 2
• July 24 & 25: Hosted by Moët & Chandon’s Executive Chef Marco Fadiga *tasting menu available through July 31
