Among the goods offered at Pontresina’s Laret Market are Engadine specialties such as jewelry, hand-painted toys, raclette bread with pickled onions, grilled sausage with mustard, and many other delicacies. Similarly, the products from Dorf Market at St. Moritz comprises of fine specialties in the Engadine and neighboring regions with incomparable quality and a nod to each unique culture. Laret Market is open bi-weekly on Thursdays from June 29 to August 24. Dorf Markt is open on July 21, August 5, 19, and September 2.

ARTS & CULTURE: FESTIVAL DA JAZZ

Festival da Jazz’s 10th year anniversary, presented by Lexus, will take place in St. Moritz from July 5 – 30 and has evolved to become one of the most popular jazz events in Europe. This year the festival welcomes world class jazz artists Jamie Cullum, Herbie Hancock and Paolo Conte, just to name a few. The concerts will take place at Kulm Hotel’s legendary Sunny Bar and Dracula Club which makes these venues the perfect haven for jazz lovers. Guests can enjoy medleys of jazz and a pre-concert drink or wind down at the free concerts in Sunny Bar. SPORTS: KULM AND KRONENHOF GOLF TOURNAMENT

The golf fields of Engadine will come alive when golfers around the world return to St. Moritz to kick off summer golfing during the Kulm and Kronenhof golf tournament at Kulm Golf St. Moritz on July 28. As a special offer when booking four nights or more at Kulm Hotel and Grand Hotel Kronenhof, guest will receive complimentary green fees on the two 18-hole golf courses of Samedan and Zuoz.

FOOD: TAVOLATA ST. MORITZ

The largest food festival in the Alps invites visitors to experience a wide variety of culinary delights and plentiful music, creating the perfect atmosphere to celebrate Summer! On the last weekend in July, the Tavolata Food Market and Tavolata Street BBQ greets attendees with Engadine delicacies. On that Sunday, Engadine restaurateurs will showcase their dishes to guests sitting at the 400-meter wooden table along the pedestrian streets of St. Moritz. Tavolata St. Moritz takes places July 28 – 30.

EVENTS: PASSIONE ENGADINA

Relish in charming Italian tradition and style with Passione Engadina, an immaculate two weekend automobile showcase from August 18 – 20 and August 25 – 27. In collaboration with Bank Julius Baer and Jaeger-le Coultre, fans can partake in the classic rally which features Italian cars of each brand since 1980 in exciting competitions like the Julius Baer Rally and the St. Moritz Challenge Cup. For a more relaxing time, the Tribute rally brings riders together in a family-friendly, entertaining way with an exquisite Gala Dinner and delectable lunch at Kulm Hotel to round out the festivities.

The 10-year anniversary of St. Moritz Art Masters will take place from August 25 to September 3. The program embraces the art, photography, and design that collectively celebrates transcending age and cultures.
