Peg Walsh, owner of St. Barth Properties, offered up two restaurant recommendations during her recent stay att Villa Theïs
- Bo Káo is a new favorite restaurant of Peg’s, with an exotic “Peruvian Japanese” menu, which just recently opened New Year’s eve of 2016. Some of her favorites dishes includes ceviche, a fusion chicken tempura with creamed corn, sushi and lamb chops served with Nikkei stew and hucatay. This is in walking distance to Villa Theïs, located on Rue de la Republique in Gustavia.
- Le Guanahani’s Indigo restaurant offers casual poolside beachfront dining with Thursday evening barbecue. An apéritif planter’s punch is included with the barbecue menu with wide array of appetizer sections including ceviche, fresh asparagus, greens and shrimp and BBQ main course ribs, steak, mahi mahi and langouste. Inquire with St. Barth Properties, regarding Villa Genia, which is in walking distance to this restaurant and includes signing privileges.
